Pension Anahata undertakes to comply with its obligations under the aforementioned regulations and, in particular, the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR). The purpose of this data protection policy (hereinafter the “Data Protection Policy”) is to inform you of the commitments made by Pension Anahata in order to ensure that your personal data is respected.

Scope

This Data Protection Policy applies to all processing of personal data, implemented by Pension Anahata, as Data Controller, within the European Union, relating to external persons (hereinafter "you") including customers, prospects, partners, suppliers, service providers, and Internet users.

  • Any other information that you provide to us directly and voluntarily in connection with the use of our sites, services and contracts that we may have entered into with you.

Purposes of collection

  • To manage your use of our services;

Recipients of the data collected

Pension Anahata only communicates your personal data to authorized and determined recipients, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable regulations. In particular, Pension Anahata may give access to your personal data to its partners as well as any third-party service providers, acting as subcontractors, to perform services relating to the services and computer applications of Pension Anahata. In order to define an adequate data retention period, Pension Anahata uses the following criteria in particular:

  • Data relating to your payments and the use of our services are kept for the duration of the contractual relationship and then in accordance with the applicable limitation periods;

  • Data relating to the management of the commercial relationship with our service providers and partners is kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship and then in accordance with the applicable limitation periods;

  • When you have consented to receive commercial prospecting, Pension Anahata retains your personal data until you express your wish to no longer receive communications, otherwise in accordance with a period defined by the applicable legislation;

  • When your data is collected in the context of requests/questions relating to IT services and applications, Pension Anahata retains this data for the duration necessary to process said requests.

 

Cookies

You are informed that, during your visits to our website, cookies (connection cookies) may be installed on your browser software to allow you, in particular, optimal browsing. Cookies are data stored in the Internet user's terminal equipment.
